I created an art instagram account so that i could document my own work. I named it textilesconnie as i though that  it was simple and i am mostly going to be posting textile work in the future as i hope to specialise in it. I first started of by adding some of my Packwood house quilt project. I included some of the process and initial sketches as well as the final outcomes. I have also added some of the sketches and repeat pattern structures i am currently working on and then can add to the account as i make progress with my project .With some of the posts i added a slide show so i could include more than one image showing the progress leading up to a final pieces  which i think works well in showing who may view my account the process. For the profile photo i chose to include a larger section of the logo background as i liked the the mixed media look which summarised the type of  work i create.
